We only collect the details you voluntarily give us (name, email, phone, project details) when you use our contact form, email us, or call. We use those details solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the quoted work. We don't share them with third parties for marketing.

Who we are

This site is run by SL Carpentry & Construction, a sole-trader business based in Crawley, West Sussex. You can reach us at enquiry-slcarpentry@outlook.com or on 07572 230006.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email, phone (optional), postcode and project description.
  • Emails and calls: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
  • Anonymous site traffic: aggregated information about how the site is used (pages visited, device type, country). No personally identifying data is collected by analytics.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a quote or visit.
  • To provide and invoice for work you've asked us to do.
  • To keep basic records for accounting and tax purposes (HMRC requires us to).

We don't send marketing emails. We don't sell, share or hand over your details to anyone outside of the people working on your job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become jobs: we delete them within 12 months. Completed jobs: financial records are kept for the 6-year period HMRC requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email enquiry-slcarpentry@outlook.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
