We fit full bathrooms and en-suites across West Sussex, Surrey and the surrounding areas — from compact en-suites in loft conversions to full family bathrooms with wet-room showers. We handle plumbing, tiling, electrics, LVT flooring and decorating with one team and one point of contact, so you're not chasing half-a-dozen trades.
What a bathroom job includes
Strip-out & leak investigation
We strip the existing bathroom carefully, check for rot or damp (almost every older bathroom has some), and sort the sub-floor before anything else goes in.
First-fix plumbing & electrics
New pipework, isolators, waste runs, shower pumps where needed. Lighting circuits, extractor fans and IP-rated LED strip lighting certified to Part P.
Waterproofing & tiling
Full tanking on wet-room floors, Schluter trim on exposed edges, porcelain and ceramic tiling laid on Ardex adhesives. We grout to match and silicone every junction cleanly.
Suite install
Baths, basins, vanity units, toilets, shower enclosures and niche shelves. We work with whatever brand you've chosen, or help you pick.
LVT or tiled floor
LVT is our most-fitted bathroom floor — warmer underfoot, quieter, faster to lay than ceramic. For premium bathrooms we'll lay natural stone or large-format porcelain.
Final decorate & snag
A coat of paint to finish, all silicone checked, a full leak test on every joint, and a final snag visit a week later once everything's settled.
How long does a bathrooms job take?
A standard family bathroom takes 10–14 working days with us. An en-suite is usually 7–10. Full tile & wet-room builds run 3–4 weeks depending on size.
Every job is different — we'll give you a firm timescale in our quote, and flag anything that might affect it (awaiting materials, party-wall agreements, structural sign-off).

How do you price a full bathroom?
We quote everything in writing against your spec — suite, tiles, flooring, lighting, extras. Trade-priced materials are passed on honestly, so you see exactly what you're paying for. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Do you tile or do you sub it out?
We tile in-house for most bathrooms. For large-format porcelain, intricate mosaic or bookmatched stone we bring in a specialist tiler we've worked with for years.
What if there's rot under the old floor?
Almost every bathroom older than 15 years has some rot under the old tray or basin. We open up, assess, and send you a costed plan to replace joists and boarding before we proceed. No surprise charges.
Can you work around a small en-suite layout?
Yes — some of our favourite jobs are tight en-suites where every millimetre matters. We've squeezed full shower-enclosure en-suites into 1.6m × 2m spaces.
